All nutrition coaching is delivered one-on-one with Emma, ensuring your plan is built around your goals, schedule, preferences, and challenges. There are no templates or generic plans—your coaching evolves as you do.

At Optimal Mind, nutrition coaching is offered through multi-month commitments rather than month-to-month plans. This is intentional.

Building sustainable habits—around food, mindset, and consistency—takes time. True progress doesn’t come from short bursts of motivation or temporary rules, but from repeated actions practiced over weeks and months. Our coaching structure is designed to support that process.

We offer several commitment lengths so clients can choose the level of support that best fits their goals, experience, and timeline. Longer commitments allow for deeper habit development, more refinement, and greater long-term success.
